Chocolate Nibbles - New Delicious Chocolate Balls!

I came up with the idea of "chocolate nibbles" when people asked me about "just chocolate" at markets at shows. At that time everything we did had a "centre" of some sort. Coffee beans, inca berries, cranberries - that sort of thing. In essence we HAD to have a "centre" as our technology - "panning" - requires that we have something on which to layer chocolate. Then I saw a competition for salted caramel products and I wondered how we could enter - and came up with a way to make tiny chocolate balls as the starting point for panned products.

The result was our "Chocolate Nibbles". The resultant Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate Nibbles has become our most successful product to date. So we added Salted Caramel DARK Chocolate Nibbles after so many people asked us for a dark version.

This month we've followed up with Coconut Milk Chocolate Nibbles and Lemon Myrtle Milk Chocolate Nibbles too. 

Now we wait for Customers to comment. Both are going well - expect a dark version too - AND some new ideas as well!
